The administration at the
units always want to know exactly how many total volunteers are
going to be in their unit during the weekend. For this reason CRAs
are included with everyone else on the list and last minute
additions are virtually impossible. Also, certain limits are set up
and agreed upon between CMA, Security and the Administration for the
weekend event and we all need to abide by them. This may cramp the
freedom your CRA status gives you a little bit, but it is necessary
to the success of the weekend events. Your total
cooperation and demonstrated flexibility during past CMA events is
the key to the favor we have with the ADC today. More and more
CMAers are becoming CRAs and that is a good thing for the ADC
because CMAers generally already have the commitment and dedication
it takes to fulfill the duties of a CRA.
CRAs are a very welcome addition to the weekends and add
credibility to the team. Your experience and knowledge will be
invaluable as group leaders. CMA appreciates your willingness to be
flexible and submit to the limitations that are in place during the
